Activities: Native American Ways
This land was used for thousands of years
for ceremony, celebration and gathering...

I humbly write this page to share my understandings and to honor the ancestors that have come down through time with teachings of oneness. My grandmothers on both sides of my lineage were full-blooded Native women. They walk beside me as many ancestors do. Through my being runs the essence of all nations, for we are all connected, you and I.

I am told: “Walk in a good way dear one… everything that is, everything that has been… all are our relations… all are equal. All are part of the great plan. Be at peace, have compassion, love unconditionally and know joy. Live with passion, purpose, harmony and balance. Welcome the full flowering of the spirit and the seasons of life. Teach the children.”

As you experience your walk on the earth plane you will come to your own knowing. I honor you on your journey.

Many Blessings I send to you,
Your sister and friend, Loretta

The sacred land here at Wind Walker is a place of history, mystery and knowing. This land has been used for thousands of years for ceremony, celebration and gathering. It is said when you stand on one sacred land you are connected to all the sacred sites of the world. The natives say there are places on earth where the energy shifts you enough to allow you to drop your shields and heal. This is such a place.

The indigenous peoples of America were given some sacred tools to help the people, and we offer them to you as such on your journey at Wind Walker in an authentic way. They encompass heartfelt ceremony, activities to honor Mother Earth and the elements, traditional Sweat Lodge, ways to connect with animal guides, medicine wheel walks, and crafts to create such things as dream catchers and medicine bags. There is storytelling, drumming, dance, and from time to time special guests to give you a deeper understanding of the people and the lifeways. You might even like to spend a night in the Tipi village. We look forward to sharing these with you.

"There is just something that is so serene about watching a bald eagle fly over your head. It is like they are welcoming you to this great place."
