All the lovingly-prepared, healthy meals at Wind Walker are home-cooked, tailored to your dietary needs...

Mealtime at Wind Walker are mostly buffet-style and are a event in and of themselves.

Breakfast: fresh fruit, juices, homemade granola, cereals, fresh-baked pastries, bread and low-fat yogurt; daily hot breakfasts made with different flavor each day; there may even be an edible flower or two.

Lunch: is on the lighter side, with daily entrees such as hearty stews, soups or Mexican dishes, which are always accompanied by a salad and sandwich buffet. If you're on a trail, well, we will just fix up a special surprise for you!

Dinner: features four-course dinners consisting of salads, soups, the main course (often times dutch oven cooked or BBQ's), and delicious deserts or, a chuck wagon may even come into play. Every week is a surprise your are sure to be talking about for a long time to come.

Snacks: There is always a snack bar open 24 hours a day with fruits coffees, teas, punch, sweets, nuts... Don't ever worry about being hungry. Just come on down and help yourself.

Special diets: We can cater to special dietary needs: vegetarian, low-fat, low-cholesterol, food allergies, and diabetic. Just let us know and we will be happy to accommodate you!
