These 2008-2009 prices are for accommodations offered to large groups, workshops and retreats with internal agendas. Please contact us so that we can discuss your specific needs and requirements. For families and individuals, see the All-inclusive American Plan

Teepee/Tent space is primitive, but there is access to the shower and bathroom facilities in the recreation hall or main house.

Other Rates:

Meals: $63.00 per person per day (kids 6-12, 25% off)

Recreation room/meeting room rental: is free with a minimum or 40 people involved in the food program; otherwise contact us for details ($100 to $500.00, plus clean up charge)

Guided Horseback Rides: $58.00 per hour per person

Ranch day use without lodging: $12.75 per person

Additional Activity Options:

Massage Therapy: We offer professional massage therapy at a cost of $85 per one hour. Other spa therapies also available.
Child care: For children under the ages of six if you would like child care services they are available at an hourly rate of $10 per hour. Most children are able to join the already scheduled kids connection program available at Wind Walker at no additional charge.
Airport Transportation: We will provide transportation to the ranch from Salt Lake International Airport for a fee of $100 per person minimum 2 people.
Scenic tours to Utah's National Parks: We can also arrange for special trips to some of Utah's most breathtaking national parks in the world. See My Special Adventures

Reservation/ Cancellation Policy:
30% deposit for the base rate not including tax and gratuity (standard gratuity is usually 15%) is required at time of registration. 60-day notice of cancellation for refund of deposit. When deposit is made by credit card, and there is a cancellation, there will be a 3% processing fee deducted from the original deposit amount. We highly recommend travel insurance in the event you are unable to make it to your stay. All applicable taxes will be added to final bill. It is customary to pay a standard service charge. Standard service charge is usually 15% of the total bill, however this is to your discretion.
Travel Insurance:
There will be absolutely no refund on cancellations received less than 60 days before arrival date. In addition, credits will not be given for shortened stays or absences. Therefore, we strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance in the event that a personal emergency might prevent you from joining us. To protect your travel investment, the Dude Ranchers' Association recommends Travel Guard International
