GUIDELINES

Food and Beverage

3 meals a day are included in the American Plan package which equates to approximately $48 per day allotment.  Specialty foods can be provided with an additional charge. All food and beverages must be supplied and served by Wind Walker Guest Ranch.  We will be happy to suggest and design menus at your request. If you have special dietary requirements, we will be more than happy to try and accommodate them.


Service Charges and Taxes
In addition to the charges stated in this guide, the ranch will add the customary 15% service charge and 8.5% state and local taxes on all ranch services, food and beverages. If your organization is tax exempt, a copy of the Certificate of Exemption in the state of Utah must be submitted.

Vendor Services
A pre-determined time for set-up or delivery of equipment and decor must be established seven (7) days in advance of your function.  We ask that the vendors you contract are made aware that they must contact us to review these details.  The ranch will not permit the affixing of anything to walls, floors or ceilings with nails, staples, tape or any other substance unless approved by Wind Walker.

Billing
A credit card is recommended to be on file for incidental expenses. A deposit of 30% of estimated final balance is due at time of booking. The deposit will be credited to the final bill.
For direct billing privileges, a credit application must be completed and returned. Payment by credit card requires an advance submission of a completed credit card authorization form.  Payment may be made by a personal or business check if it is received ten (10) days in advance.  Seven (7) business days prior to the date of the event, the ranch is only able to accept final payment via cash, cashier's check or major credit card.


CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room blocks and/or catered functions on signed contracts less than three 90 days prior to arrival date will result in the forfeit of the deposit as mentioned in the deposit and payment sections. It is suggested that should you be unable to complete your event to be carry travel insurance.

When shipping materials to the ranch, please have them arrive no more than three (3) days prior to arrival.  Please inform us of any large shipments that may be arriving for your group.  Boxes should be addressed as follows:

Guarantees
T he exact number of expected attendees will need to be given to Wind Walker three business days prior to your function.  If fewer than the guaranteed number of guests attend the function, the final guarantee is still charged.  For every function, the ranch will set and prepare 3% above your guaranteed number.  If no guarantees are given, the number on the contract will be used as the minimum amount you will be charged.

Ranch Policy
Wind Walker Guest Ranch is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced items brought into the ranch. 

Menu Preparation
To ensure every detail is handled professionally, Wind Walker Guest Ranch requests your menu selections and specific requests be finalized thirty (30) days prior to your function.  Once the arrangements have been finalized, you will receive a banquet event order as confirmation of your arrangements.

Off Premise & Special Events
We can create any ambiance at your request at other remote locations.  Our experienced team will be pleased to help you arrange your special event.
