In 2006 Wind Walker Guest Ranch made the conscious effort to adopt more eco-friendly practices to assist with reducing waste in this world and to still provide our guest with the highest quality service.

We understand the growing need to support the local economy, farmer, and other small businesses. We have made the choice to purchase the largest majority of all products used in the daily activities and maintenance of the ranch from local businesses. All produce and meats that you enjoy, have been organically grown and harvested right here in the majestic Sanpete county, as well as other great products produced and sold.

We are a Leave no trace company committed to leaving as little of a carbon footprint as possible where ever we venture. Please keep these ethics in mind while you take part in our many excursions.

Many other eco practices are implemented on a regular bases such as recycling, building of eco-friendly structures, supporting native wildlife and plant life by planting native grasses and wild flowers with out the use of weed killers and pesticides, being a voice for eco-living and more. We encourage you to explore simple ways that you can become a major part in leaving the world a better place.
