classes and events that you can join in on as well.
Join the Wind Over Water crew
for non-stop kiteboarding on soaring mountains,
fresh powder, and never-ending terrain with the wind cranking
at sunrise. See for yourself why the Wind Over Water Crew
loves to ride and keeps riding all year long.
Wind Over Water Kiteboarding provides the ultimate snowkiting
experience with your guide being your instructor you will
be shepherded through fresh powder and endless terrain. Wind
Over Water will work with you to fit your abilities whether
you are a novice or an advance kiter, we will take your kiteboarding
skills to the next level. Flat terrain dials in the beginners
for easy riding. While backcountry adventures await seasoned
kiters for that ultimate thrill pushing their riding to new
heights.
Wind Over Water is a full service snow kite school with snowmobile
assistance, 2009 snow kite gear and professional instructors
who absolutely love to ride and hope to get more kiters stoked!
Beginners will be taught the fundamentals of kiting, safety,
and riding. Professional Instructors will walk you through
the basics of flying the kite while dialing you in with snowboarding/skiing.
By the end of the trip, you will walk away with the knowledge
of snow kiting and wanting more.
Wind Over Water offers 3, 4, or 5 day trips.
Bald
Eagle Day: Held the first Saturday every February
at the Utah DWR fish hatchery located one mile North of Fountain

Murder
Mystery weekend March 8-11, 2008:
For a weekend away from it all, why not really get away from
it all and become a totally different person? You get to be
someone else, perhaps even a murderer, or at least a suspect.
All guests are assigned a role to play. The plot unfolds over
the course of two days, ending with a wrap-up session in which
solutions are proposed, fun awards are given out and the truth
is revealed. Plenty of time-out for recreation and relaxation
is provided.
Participants are sent a character profile before the mystery
so they'll know who they are to play, how to dress and what
props might be required.
Weekend for two includes:*
• 2 nights accommodations
• 3 Full country meals each day
• Friday evening reception where clues & the crime
scene are revealed
• Individual Murder Mystery clue packets
• Sleuth the day away gathering clues
• Four Course Dinner by Candlelight on Saturday evening

Dirty
dudes April 15-21, 2008:
Want to see "behind the scenes" of a guest ranch?
Come and experience what it is like to set the ranch up for
the on season. You can be a part of our Ranch Family! Eat,
play, and get "dirty" alongside the Ranch staff.
You will help blaze trails, paint tipi's, collect wood, prepare
summer pasture, learn the traditional way to flood irrigate,
plant wildflowers, outdoor games and furniture and still enjoy
trail riding and activities. This week will be based on a
seven day week, and includes three full "Dirty Dudes
Days" and three full "Play Days" ending with
a wagon ride to a good old dutch oven cookout. The cost is
$864 per person.

Rhubarb Festival:
Held each year in mid-May in Mt. Pleasant. Sponsored by Mt.
Pleasant City, Native Wines & other area merchants. Celebrate
with food and drink made from rhubarb. Vendors, wine and cheese
tasting, best pie contest, ugly truck contest and a parade

Scandinavian Festival
:Held Thursday through Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. Events
are held at various locations around Ephraim. Celebration
of Scandinavian heritage includes a parade, smorgasbord food,
desserts, craft booths, exhibits, story telling and music,
quilt Expo, performing artists and much more. Admission to

Welsh
Days in Wales: Held the third weekend in June.
This is a two-day event to celebrate the settlement of the
town of Wales. Includes Dutch oven cook off, quilt raffle
and parade.
Mormon Miracle Pageant:
Held in late June each year on the LDS Temple
grounds in Manti. This is an outdoor re-enactment of LDS Testament

Utah's
independence day with the flavor of a small town July 20-26,
2008 . You will be able to enjoy all of the
exciting ranch activities as well as become part of the Spring
City Heritage days and many other fun local festivities. You

enjoy fireworks, good old small town rodeos, and entertainment.
