There are may ways to experience an excursion with Wind Walker. The All-inclusive American Plan is particularly suited to individuals and families, and is the easiest, most comprehensive, and fun way to visit us. Renters must be at least 18 years old. Our rental agreement prohibits younger operators and riding with a passenger. Renters must read and sign all rental agreement forms including waivers. We do not offer insurance so we have "you break it you buy it" policy which is stated in the reservation. This credit card will be charged a non-refundable reservation fee of $50.00 which will be applied to your rental fee. If you do not have a credit card, we require a $500.00 deposit which we will hold for security until the machine is returned undamaged.
Machines can be picked up at 5:00 p.m. or 9 a.m. They need to be returned by 5:00 p.m. or 9 a.m. These times need to be adhered to in case the machines are rented to go right back out.
Airport Transportation: We will provide transportation to the local lodging or the Wind Walker base camp from Salt Lake International Airport for a fee of $100 per person minimum 2 people.

Reservation/ Cancellation Policy:
30% deposit for the base rate not including tax and gratuity (standard gratuity is usually 15%) is required at time of registration. 14-day notice of cancellation for refund of deposit. When deposit is made by credit card, and there is a cancellation, there will be a 3% processing fee deducted from the original deposit amount. We highly recommend travel insurance in the event you are unable to make it. All applicable taxes will be added to final bill. It is customary to pay a standard service charge. Standard service charge is usually 15% of the total bill, however this is to your discretion.
There will be absolutely no refund on cancellations received less than 14 days before arrival date. Therefore, we strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance in the event that a personal emergency might prevent you from joining us.
